Mindfulness Homeworks and Submissions
Please click on the buttons in the box to the left titled "Mindfulness Log" to downlaod a word document to track you mindfulness activities thorughout the week.
There is also an example on provided for you if you click on the "Mindfulness Log Example Form".

Below is an 8 week course for the "Mindfulness for Test Anxiety" research participants. Please do the mindfulness practices assigned each day and record them in your mindfulness log (see buttons above for a blank log and an example of how to fill one out).
You will be asked to turn in a completed mindfulness log at the end of every 2 weeks of this study. Please fill in as accurately as possible.
